Ive been trying to find the best container for hatchlings, having had success with both the choclate whorl snails and zachrysia hatching recently and finding plastic tubs condensate too much or chill too easily/tend towards extremes in temp changes.
Ive started using polystyrene food and drinks containers with the thin plastic lids? Had some water snails recieved in them and theyre perfect. Punch a few holes in the lid, they dont condensate on the sides as much, maintain thier temp easier, are the perfect size for clutches. And theres a shop on ebay that sells packs of 10-50 for a very good price. Stackable, disposable in the case of mites... I'll try and get some images to demonstrate what I mean. But they really are perfect for the job it seems.
