HI geckonator , If you have any pet cepaeas they don't have to be from Australia. You can enter your pet cepaeas no matter where they came from and win the competition. vallery

No, I mean, we have harder rules here. The only snails I've ever been able to have are helix aspersa and the occasional vineyard snail. D= I really wanna enter, oh well. Maybe next time?

Hi geckonator , It is a cute snail. I tried to search images but they had a bunch of different snails. But if it is the one I think you talking about it is very similar to cepaeas. Do you keep any as pets? vallery

I used to. They kept going missing for a few weeks due to their tiny size
Excuse any typos, my phone is failing.

Hi everyone , I know there a lot of cepaea lovers out there and we are really hoping we will get some more entrants for the competition on the: Join Cepaea Thread in the Pictures Thread. If you don't have a camera you can always get someone you know to take a photo and just add "Photo Courtesy of ---------------" We are really looking forward to seeing more cepaeas. Remember to qualify please add to your picture post :Species, Color Morph, amount of bands or unbanded and origin. And remember your snail does not have to come from your country you can post cepaeas you got from other countries as well. There are a couple beauties posted on there now hope you will have a look. Do garden cepeas count?
My house is far too hotto house them - the fulica tanks are always upwards of 25 deg C without a heat mat, since we had the insulation done.
