LOL...
Can you tell me, what's the blueish layer at the bottom of your tank? I am still thinking what I should put at the bottom of the tank for my snails. I only just give them moss.

It hold the moisture very well, in fact sometimes i have to press a cloth on it to dry it up a bit, lol, it also helps stop the cuttlefish discolouring and the food going mouldy too quickly or getting dirty. It help stop the snails shell from waring and can be washed and reused quite a few times :-)

They're "dogging" snails. Lmfao. How many times a day do you spray them Sarah? I can't seem to get my matting to stay that wet which Freddie would love. The moss does but the matting wont lol I think the moss sucks up the extra from the matting Nice to see it isn't only me that gets things growing in there too lol. I always get that with tomatoes. That's why they don't get them often lol.

yes those things have grown from tomatoes, bit annoying lol I spray mine approx 2 times a day, but with them going in and out the water bowl and the humidity and there are 10 middle sized fulica in there, thats all i don't know how thye get it soo wet, but they seem to like it moss needs changing though lol..............hmm actually i need some more *wanders off mumbling*

fulica actually liking it wet? Strange lol. I've got some moss *Sends* lol Mine doesn't need changing yet but it needs wringing out so it looks like moss again and not just "wet" rofl. I'm always tempted to leave a few of the tomatoe shoots in there to see if anything happens. The snails let them get to that size so they can't be that fussed with eating them lol Now we need snail contraception lol. Especially for fulica! It would be good for iredalei too then Carson could have a friend lol.

btw,Sarah, both of your mating fulica's seem to have oddly shaped shells(the top part stands at an angle) Yeah Winniefred was kept in a tank with about 20 other fulicas, it wasn't enough room so she grew like that, and i rescued her ;D and Denty along with Doby and their 2 unamed siblings were the same story but i managed to rescue them when they where 2cm so thats why they are stunted and have a bad looking apex and a nice shiny shell :-)
