Will he survive? He has a thin transparent layer keeping all his organs in a shell shape sort of, Will he live? Please reply

Oh no It doesn't look likely that he will survive, but I'm not expert so I can't rule out the possibility! The shell supports the lung and it's probably probably quite hard for him to breath, make sure to keep him damp! Good luck x

I am Though he keeps climbing to the ceiling of his container I know this sounds mad but i have a relativly medium size shell only a little bit larger than his old shell what would happen if i gently put his shell shape into the empty shell? Just until he starts growing a new one?

Poor little guy Don't put a shell on him, or anything else, he can't carry it since it's not attached to his body and it can only hurt his exposed organs. I'm afraid there's not much you can do in this situation, just watch him and keep spraying him so he doesn't get dry.

Oh poor snaily. try to keep him from drying and hope his lung will not collapse. Not a lot that can be done at this point that I know of. You could ask a vet if they know anything? If he stops moving and eating entirely then you know he cannot make it. I hope he will but it looks bad.

Sorry to hear (see) this about your snail. We woke up to something similar today, and the same thing happened to another of our snails about a month ago. They did the same thing yours did -- crawled around, went to ceiling of the box, etc. It seems like such a strange way for a creature's life to end.
