yup that's a tiger. see the raised v on the tail but the poitny apex to the shell. meaning it's a tiger

Is it healthy to breed albinos with albinos? I thought it was harmful to the offspring...
Can anyone clarify?

Albinos are bred together all the time, not harmful to the offspring - not unless either of the breeding pair have dud genes, which can happen with any skin colour snail.
