hey, I've bought 2 achatina reticula on juli the first this year. thyer weight both was 30gr. They are both in the same terrarium, so they get de same food and live on the same soil and in the same humidity. The smallest of the two is now 96gr, while the biggest already has a weight of 236 grammes, they both seem in good health. Is this difference in weight normal? Will the smallest one gain this weight are will it always stay smal? (sorry for my bad Englisch, I'am from Belgium and duch speaking) greetz Dany

I bought three fulica last year and on of them is about half the size of the others, but seems just as healthy as the others, so don't worry too much.

Mine seem to vary a lot in size, the young margies from 148gm to 235gm, the tigers from 66gm to 249gm. I can see it happening already with a recent purchase. The ones that seem to come out and eat earlier in the evening are always the biggest ones in my tanks.
