That's very strange... The bump on the side looks like it's genital, my snails "get there's out" every now and then but theirs in never that big... As for the eyes I'm not really sure what's going on. If you gently touch the base of the eye, can it retract the eyestalk or are they stuck? It could be swelling due to some sort of infection.

Has it been doing this for quite a while, or did you just spot it looking like this? Sometimes my snails used to look similar when they were pooping, weirdly! Try giving him a bath in some shallow warm (not hot) water, making sure to wet the body, and let him sit in the water for a little while. See how he looks after that.

Im not really sure what was wrong with him. When I woke up today he looked normal again haha. Yesterday I caught one of my albino retics mating with one of my fulica, I think his mating thing was still out from that at the time of the photo? I have separated the two species now

That's a weird expression... My snails sometimes look somewhat similar when they prepare to poop, but it indeed looks like this guy has zir genitals out. I see my biggest fuli, who has just reached maturity, often sitting in odd positions with zir tentacles bent in random directions or curled backwards, sometimes with zir genitals out, too. Maybe it's like cats and dogs who sometimes end up sleeping in very weird positions?
