Ok, i am panicking!! I painted my nails this morning then went to spray Bobby and Maisy, i had to move Bobby so picked him uptand now iam really worried! Will he be ok?d

he should be OK. i guess you nails were dry? if he didn't bubble in response he's probably ok. you can always give him a bath if you are worried.

Thankyou! I think i will give him a bath later. I am upgrading them to a large storage box!!
One more question- i walked past a man who had snail killer in his trolley and my dress is flowy- couĺtĺd the snails be at risk or would they have to ingest the poison?

No the snails are not at risk from you walking past some snail poison. You really don't need to be so paranoid about the health of your snails! Just think about all the things snails come into contact with and even eat in the wild. They're surprisingly hardy and really are not delicate little flowers. Don't upset yourself by worrying about impossible things!

Yeah, they need to ingest the poison. I think the most common snail poison is iron,,if I remember right. The animal eats it and gets an overdose.
Snails and slugs are quite hardy little critters! Especially the species that have been target of agricultural poisons for decades. Every generation that survives is more resistant to the pesticides.
