hello all, i don't know anything about snails. last night one for them climbed up the outside wall of my house and tried to climb through my open bedroom window. after i closed my window the snail stopped in its tracks, turned around and made its way back down my window and down the wall im guessing. this has happened once before a couple of years ago but it actually managed to get through the window and down the inside wall last time. can any1 tell me why it does this? i didn't even know they could climb walls!

As Linda has said snails are very very good climbers and nightime is often when they are most active.
