If the snails doing the rasping don't have access to calcium, then they may be trying to obtain it from the other snail's shells. Do you know if they have access to a calcium source such as cuttlebone?

Thank you for your answer and sorry I've deleted the first message so I'll re-explain the issue. Unfortunatly I don't think it's because of this since the problem is that they don't rasp others'shells but the skin. And yes they have a cuttlebone. I know that A.immaculata do have this behavior but these are suppose to be A.fulica. But I do have an immaculata in the tank (which has never rasped any of them) with my fulica and rodatzi. That's the offsprings of my snails who do this and they looks like fulica and rodatzi but the skin is indeed a bit paler and similar to the immaculata. Could they be a crossbreeding result ? I've already have many babied but they're the first to 'attack' all my others snails (and one of them have been really injured)

Hi, please list the regular parts of their diet for us. There might be an explanation there for the behaviour of the babies.

Sure. I've gave them sweet potatoes, salads and fruits (bannanas, nectarines, strawberries) and they always have a cuttlebone. I feed them in the evening around 6pm. The substrate is composed of peat and sphagnus and there're also a 'pool'. I spray water at least one time per day and more if needed. They've born in my tank on march 2016 and have been separated from adults until they've got a bigger size.

Ok. All that is otherwisely well, but it sounds like you should offer them a little bit of low-fat ground beef, cooked egg (especially yolk) or high quality cat/dog/fish food (soaked all soft and mushy). Once a week should be often enough.

Okay I'll try to give them cooked egg then. But it's pretty weird I've never gave that kind of food to my other fulica babies and they've never done something like this. Edit: Here pics of them, are they really fulica ?
