When you see the moment where your snail just drops from the side of the tank and there's an immediate feeling of panic? This is the second time it's happened and he was fine before, but still, that brief moment....

If there is substrate underneath them there should be no need to panic.

Thank you! That's good to hear. This is my first time having completely my own pets so I'm probably a little overly anxious about them, but they all seem pretty hardy and are doing well.

I do understand that quick moment tho. It happens to me everytime! I do have the small Terra Cotta planter for them to hide in, in with my snails. Every Time they are over it and barely stuck to the lid I get panicky a little.
