I can’t exactly really what you are saying, but I can try and help. He could me inactive for a number of reasons, not humid enough, to weak, etc. Try moving him a smaller enclosure until he eats and is more active. (If you think that will help)
Although, snails can go a few days without eating. So if he has just not been eating for a few days, I’d say it’s nothing to worry about. If he hasn’t eaten for weeks, then something may be wrong.
So start out by just watching him, and giving him a green tea bath.

Oh I see, I would give him a green tea bath and make sure the humidity/temperature is perfect in his tank. Then maybe move him to a smaller enclosure to be sure he gets some food in him. Is he retracted any?

Hmm, it could be very dry in your tank then. Try making it more humid, and see if that helps.

Hmmm, he is either estivating or may have deep retraction syndrome. I think your best option is to give him some blood worms and peas twice a week as a protein source, lots of cuttlebone bone, and food. Possibly move him into a smaller tank to make sure he can find his food. Make sure the tank temp is in the 68°- 80° Zone ( 70°s being your sweet spot). Make sure the humidity is relatively high. This should help (try giving him a green tea bath). Let me know how things go!

Move the snail out of any direct sun if you haven't already. I do indeed think its too hot and dry for them.
