Hi, Im new to this forum and I have a problem with my snail. This days he had the white crust covering his body and he was deep in his shell, but he woke up. At this point he has also a white crust over his entrance, but it isn't completly covering him. And he isn't awake almost two full days. The humidity is 90% and the temperature is 27C. So I'm worried that something bad is happening to him or that I don't know how to take care of him(sorry for my bad english).

Hey teaica, im sorry to hear about the problems with your snail. That sounds like some kind of hibernation/aestivation (snail seals itself up in shell which would lead to the white crust) and deep retraction (snail goes deep into its shell). That kind of stuff tends to happen to my snail when its not humid enough, but your humidity sounds fine. Could I ask what hygrometer you're using? They tend to be quite inaccurate so it might just be faulty- I don't bother with one and just spray whenever the sides of the tank look a little dry. It would also help to know how you're heating the tank, there could be something up with that to cause the issue.
Sorry for the late response!
