Hello again my fellow snail keepers
So, when I say this, i'm going to sound crazy... haha... BUT... sometimes snail groups drive me INSANE. So, number one we know SO SO little about snails. And it makes me excited, because I get to research and experiments, but it also pisses me off. Because when you join specific snail communities, people answer questions like they are correct... I USED TO DO IT... but the truth is that all of these people love snails, but read this stuff online, or received this information form previous owners. And this information is not all correct. Half go it isn't. And one day this hit me, because, nobody KNOWS this stuff for sure, so why don't I figure it out for myself, or as a community. Instead of screaming at each other about who is correct and who is abusing their snails. (YES I have heard people do this on various snail communities... and it's awful...nobody should ever do that) So...
(None of what I just stated was meant to harm anyone... I was just trying to be very genuine and blunt for my sake and everyone else's in this community. and the snail's of course. I mean, would the snails and slugs want this? :C)
that brings me to my question for any other experienced snail owners. Have ANY of you actually bought hypoaspis miles and they worked? For research purposes, I wan to know your ENTIRE experience. I want to know if they actually do much to solve the snail-mite problems. I DO NOT need a full description on Riccardoella limacum and Stratiolaelaps scimitus, I already know much about the two. I need to know what you all thin/your experiences with both sp.
love you all very much <3 /gen
