I've been looking at some snails that aren't from my area (Limicolaria agathina Nigeria) and i cant find good references to whether they're legal to import... and if not how likely i am to get caught and what the repercussions are....
id do crime to own pretty snails honestly but its not worth getting jailed for i suppose lol

Where are you located? That will help you find the snails you’re looking for . I’m not totally sure about that species, so we won’t be much help, but I’m sure there is someone on here who can help! If you’re in the US, I can at least tell you that transporting certain species across state lines is illegal. Some species are permitted to cross. Mostly tree snails. There is someone you can contact that will let you know what species are permitted, and what species aren’t, but I’d have to find their contact info. That IS if you are in the US. If not then that would be a different situation I suppose. I hope all is well
