Hello. I'm using a translator, so something may not be correct. I will try to describe the situation. Achatina's stomach fell out about 4 times with an interval of about 4 months. I pierced the bubble bathed in metronidazole and so on the next time. There were still mistakes in my treatment, I already understood that. After the first loss and then she ate only mashed potatoes, she could not write solid food. After the last time, about 2 and a half months ago, she could no longer eat mashed potatoes. The shell peeled off. She didn't eat for two weeks. I bathed her in a solution of metranidazole, I think the water helped her survive. Her leg darkened a little. Fortunately, I finally thought of feeding the puree with a syringe with a dropper tube. That's what I still do. I give it about 1.5 2-ml syringes filled with puree. I don’t know if it’s a lot or a little, but I’m afraid to do more food. I rub cuttlefish shell in puree. She moves a little. Only after I feed her does she crawl a little bit. I have been syringe feeding for 2 months now. Her grater will fall out from behind. When I feed her, I see a blue bubble in her mouth, probably it prevents her from eating. I thought that I would wait until the stomach falls out again and do the operation correctly (as here: vk.com/topic-60849894_28867746). But her stomach does not fall out. It doesn't get any worse for her. Question: how can I help the snail?

Hi! I have to congratulate you on the level of care you are giving to your snail, you are amazing. I read other posts in the past about prolapse and you are doing everything correctly and the fact that the snail is ok suggests you are doing it ok. If it’s not getting worse it is already a good sign because ill snails can decline and die very quickly. I had a snail with prolapse and I did the operation but it wasn’t successful because the snail was too small and I couldn’t see what I was doing properly, and snail died within one week. The only thing I would recommend is to continue what you are doing and to make sure you purée a variety of food protein vegetables calcium and water. With passing years I find out how resilient snails can be. Also sometimes they just die, but sometimes they get better. Please continue. And give us an update if you can
