I have found 17 margie eggs and was just wandering if i was right in thinking that they have to be kept warm and moist. After they were laid my margies mated straight away. I thought that diffrent shell sizes wouldnt mate, mine are 9cm and 11cm.

If the bits fit.....
Usually you need to keep them warm and moist, but some people hatch them without much special treatment. I'll post some info and links all about this for you. I'll dig my margie breeding paper and get some specifics. It may possibly depend on subspecies but seeing as warm and moist certainly won't do any snail eggs any harm I'd stick to that for now.
Try searching this board, I'm sure there have been posts about this but I can't remember if I had this conversation before I created the forum.
