ok, so me in my wisdom is thinking way ahead.lol anyhows, as i keep many pets, i also attend pet fairs/shows, whatever you want to call them, mainly reptiles and invert shows. well, other societys have tables theres, promoting and educating. i dont see why we cant as a society do somethign similar. we could have a tbale with printed version of newsletter or newsletters, perhaps interestign articles/photos, a display tank or two and perhaps even soem snails for sale and maybe dry goods, like the products that ahve been developed, and coir and stuff. dont need no lsicence or nowt, and tables cheap enough i could fund it, seeing i am usually at most shows anyway. it would be nice if others could attend and help out, or even jsut attend to show support, these shows normally attract 700 - 800 people on average. so they arent exactly small. they take place across the country with a higher percentage in the south east. spoke to paul about it, would love to hear everyone elses views. obviously we couldnt do much for a little while, but next year perhaps. and then if we feel really brave and slightly rich maybe one day we could hit the eurpean fairs, which attract 8000 people on average per day and normally run a few days.

That would really help us get the word out about the society. We also would need some kinda fund raising then.
