Hi All, Well today I received my new snail home!! It is in fact an indoor rabbit/guinea pig home but it will make a splendid big tank for my tigers This thing is HUGE!!! It's a metre long, by 20" wide x 14" deep. I shall of course cover the top grille with something but BOY will they have plenty of room and I am really hoping that maybe, just maybe they will reach maximum size, like wild caught size!! (well you never know ;D ) Anyway here is a pic!!

yes these are really good i have one that is 1 and a half metres long and a foot high, is your mesh bit on top fixed on with hinges or does it slide out, if it slides out you can replace it with perspex, i don't use mine for snails though, the rabbits need it sometimes, lol, and its far to big

I used this for my fulica´s and it works really good! Now it is broken (cause it was already 11 years old). But loads of space and pretty easy to clean out in the bath-tube.

So Sarah is getting her snails fat and tasting of garlic (Lisa said the hemp looked like garlic butter) and you're fattening them up with normal butter! Wicked people Rofl.

£29.99 I like it because it is lightweight unlike a glass tank that size. Val

I've got two of those. One medium sized one (with slide out top) with an old cranky ratty in it. And one which has been "renovated" by my does (rats still). In other words, they ate it. In one night they put two new "doors" in it. And that was after they put doors in their old cage. I put them in that one temporarily, and they ate that too. And then they attempted to eat the other one (before cranky lad went in). Oh. This is a snail board. I'll shurrup now. Apart from - if anyone's looking for one - try this link: www.seapets.co.uk/product-details/stkcode/666330/category/401.htmlNot ordered mine from there but I know people who have, and that's a bloomin' good price for one.

It's got one of those sliding glass lids, in two parts. Sorry for posting on this thread but I have to tell someone! I'm going to make it in to a terrarium, it's going to look fab! ;D

Oh yes, it's going to look great! (I hope, well, after spending that money on a new tank it better be good!)
