I am so pleased to have found this site and this forum in particular. I have had this fascination for snails for longer than I can remember and have always been told that I'll grow out of it but hey, I'm 39 and people now look at me in very strange ways if I admit that I like snails. I have nurtured garden snails and looked after them and thoroughly enjoyed the experience but I have often wondered about branching out into the larger species. I could fit a good size tank next to my desk in the office......!

Welcome aboard! Oh, and there's always a way to find room for a tank, large or smallish. Trust me on that
