Hello snailfans,
I`m a member of this forum for a couple oft time but until today I haven`t say something about me.
Now I want to introduce myself.
I am 27 years old and I live in germany, near Köln and Düsseldorf. I keep achatina snails for about three and a half years. I am interested in snails since I am a little girl - my father shows me how to keep snails and how they can do reces against each other. ;D The winner always got a peace of salad.
When I was 12 years old I read an article about man who has found a Achatina snail in his garden. I was fascinated from the fotos of such a big snail!
Four years ago I found a forum for Achatina snails and a little time later I got my first snails.
Meantime I am moderator of a snail forum in germany and I am still fascinated every day from my snails.
In May or june in this year I am going to visit London and I hope I would have the possibility to see some snails on brixton market.
