Hi everyone!
I know I registered here a while back, and am trying to log in, but the board won't accept my password. I also did the "forgot my password" link, but nothing has arrived at either of the email addresses I use for forum registration.
Any possibility of being able to log in using my preferred username, which is luvfishies?
Thanks in advance, folks, and hope to see all of you around the boards.

Well, got it sorted, even though I never did get an email resetting the password.
**thanks goodness I had written down all my passwords before changing to Mac**

I wish there was something I could do in these situations but I have very little control over accounts. I'm thinking of changing the board over to one I run and have full control of but it's a bit of messing about. It probably would be well worth it though.

you could see if the domain name petsnails is available, and then run a php fusion. very versatile forum.

I have a number of domains including: petsnails.co.uk so I'd probably run it from: forum.petsnails.co.uk or www.petsnails.co.uk/forum/The problem is the hassle of moving everyone over. I've written a forum spider so the content can easily be dragged over, it's just the user accounts. And I have been toying with phpBB for a while also. I think I'd also have to edit the code to write some functions it doesn't have that users on here will be used to.

Yes, accounts is a problem. We once moved from proboards to our own fusion boards and had to notify everyone to create a new user account on the new forum. We couldn't find a way to move them all ourselves.
