They can definitely have the sunflower and pumpkin, provided neither has been processed with salt. Don't know either way about pine nuts.
You could try them finely chopped in an oat mash - mine've eaten them like that.

So you have a food processor? You could use that to chop them up.
There are manual nut grinders on the market that would chop up the seeds into tiny pieces. Otherwise, use a large chef's knife to chop them.
I've put whole pumpkin seeds and pine nuts into the tank, and my snails have nibbled on them.

Since I don't have a mortar and pestle I crush the seeds I feed my snails (hemp, pumpkin and sunflower) into a powder with the end of a rolling pin. I then add water and present it to the snails as a kind of porridge which they really seem to enjoy ;D

chuck them into a pot or a plastic bag and bash them with a rolling pin then add either water, milk or fruit puree.
I found it's best to pop the snails on a lid or a sheet of plastic/glass rather then putting the mix into the tank with them.....they're very messy.

Doh! " Do you have a food processor," not "so you have a food processor". What yoyo decided it was a good idea to put the D key and the S key right next to each other?

Mine will rasp on whole pumpkin seeds so its worth poping a few in whole to see if yours will. Its a bit messy but you can try using a grater for the bigger seeds (watch you don't grate your fingers though :/ ). I think putting them in a bag and bashing, like someone suggested is proably your best option. Good luck

;D Great pic. One of my tigers always seems to get a bit stuck between his eyestalks then spends ages contorting himself trying to get to it!!

I think we should start a new thread for Snail Yoga. My favourite to date is Nearly Big Angus hanging from the lid by about 1" of his tail end, turning 180 degrees to reach a piece of food on the floor just *behind* him Sadly no photographic evidence, I was too enthralled at how he managed to neither fall nor tie himself in a knot.
