Hey all, I haven't been living at home due to famil problems and my snails has been there for about a month without any food or water I moved them yesterday to my girlfriends and my younger albino baby came out straight away and was fine. But my bigger snail still has his waxy seal over him, how can I wake him out of hibernation?

Give him a warm bath under a running tap - he'll feel the warmth and start to stir, and when the seal begins to crack you can carefully remove a few bits and let the water run over his body. That should get him back to his old self. Make sure the water isn't hot enough to make him uncomfortable, and when he's out and about again give him something yummy to eat, as he'll need to regain his strength.
Good luck!
