You already made a topic about this (in the Growth section). Reading existing threads on the same problem, especially your own ones, is generally the quickest way to get advice. As I said there you'll need to seperate any snails that are of breeding age, or find and destroy the eggs before they hatch. I'd recommend checking out Snails2Die4.com (link at the bottom of the forum) for more details since this place mainly deals with land snails and I'm not sure how aquatics are different. As for getting rid of the babies you've already got your best options is to post an advert (with as much detail on species/apperence as you can) in the classifed section here and at Snails2Die4, put them on ebay and maybe try visiting local pet shops or aquariums to see if they'd take any. (By the way how on earth does a snail, especially an aquatic snail which I assume can't be out of water for long, sneak anywhere? They really shouldn't be able to get out the tank.)

what sort of aquatic snail is it, as some a lot of the common aquatic species can breed with no mate. I have a fish tank just for snails, and the only way to control the breeding is not to overfeed the fish, the less excess food there is the less they will breed.

(By the way how on earth does a snail, especially an aquatic snail which I assume can't be out of water for long, sneak anywhere? They really shouldn't be able to get out the tank.) Most aquatic snails are fine out of water for up to a week - apple snails even lay their eggs out of the water, and day to day they come up to the surface, fill their lung with air and go back down again. I've found them all the way across the room when the tank lid wasn't secured once When I pack them up to send through the post, if I take my eye off them they can be off with a fair turn of speed for a snail. Depending on what species of snail it is, you may be able to sell the offspring. Some are so prolific that you can't give them away, although you might find somebody with a snail-eating fish who'd take them off your hands. If all else fails, buy a clown loach, which eats snails, or invest in some assassin snails, which will eat your unwanted snails but won't breed.

Assassin snails? o.O
Goldfish will eat anything small enough to fit in their mouths. My goldies lurrrved baby ramhorns and always had a good go at nibbling the clutches off the side of the tank.
