hi all when do snails reach their full growth,and at which age are they considered adults? thanks ;D

I know for H. aspersas, they are considered to be fully grown by 2 years. When snails are fully mature, a recurved lip develops on the aperture; until then, the aperture ends in a straight edge.
Snails can probably reproduce before they are fully mature, though (same as with humans).

I think they keep growing throughout their lives, it just slows down dramatically.
I couldn't say for sure across all species but I think it's usually between 1 and 2 years.
