Could you post a picture? It would really help us see what the problem is.
Because it could be any manner of things you understand.

OK. Maybe giving a bath and putting out some nice food in a warm place will help

A lot of people have said bathing their snail in green tea is soothing for them. Perhaps you could try that.

I haven't tried this myself, but I would think that any green tea would be okay. If someone knows otherwise, please let us know what's the best one to use.

I should think you'd just get the tea bag and sprinkle it into some warm water.
Any updates on the OPs snails? Pictures ect.

When you click on Reply, you will see a field for Attachment. Click on Browse and choose which pic you want to upload. Then type whatever you want to say, or just click Post Reply.
Alternatively, if you belong to a photo hosting site such as Photobucket, Flickr, ImageShack, etc., you can get a url for your pic there and post it here to link to it. You can also use tinypic.com for a one-time, free upload.

Just need to in photo hosting remember that it's better make pictures smaller with uploading tools and settings, it's really hard to look photo on small screen that is taken with really accurate camera. There's some settings that shrink photos nice size when choose right size for message broads etc.
