Welcome to the forum! Anyone who likes snails is more than welcome here, regardless of whether they are freshwater or terrestrial. A lot of stuff overlaps, and suggestions and knowledge can be helpful to both. There is an sister-forum, specifically for aquatic snails you may wish to join: snails2die4.proboards.com/index.cgi

Welcome I have kept a few aquatic snails before in the past, do you know what species the ones you own are? You are right they can get out of control!

Hi and welcome,
I keep land snails but also have red ramshorns, malaian trumpet snails, sulawesi elephant snails and apple snails, the ramshorns started to get out of control but the apples seem to eat them if they get in their way so keeps them under control.
I had the pond snails but they didn't last long for some reason
