As you can see, Mannerheim isn't exactly a small fella anymore

Here's one of my favorite babies of the group. The picture doesn't give her justice, but her shell is almost white.

I took some pics of my new family members today. I've never been into small snails really, but I've got some Ariantas now. There's babies and adults. Also some jade pics, lets start with those: Then the Ariantas I've got plenty of these guys but couldn't find all of them when taking the pics, so here's only four of my Ariantas I also found a teeny tiny slug and putting up some pics when I find it :'D

I've never been good at using photo reference. Sometimes I use some live references but most of the time drawings and crafts come from memory.
I've never drawn snails though so I should probably give it a go since I'm completely surrounded by them-

I've got my jade baby here! Unfortunately ze's still too tiny for pictures. Buuuuut, here's some pics of my other snails :3 Glowy snail in a parasite check ^^' They were "cuddling" for a good two hours or so... Maybe they were just eating like that or maybe they had something else in mind Here's when they were just innocently hugging :3 "Then you have nuffing. Wits are useless 'ere. Everything is downside up." Props to you if ya know where that's from And here's the snailies' Wonderland

I honestly have no idea if there's already a thread for this subject but I'm going to start a new one. Under this tread you can post your own art(drawings etc.) and/or talk about other peoples art. Who's your favorite artist at the moment etc. Well, here are some of my works: Here's one of my OC's(original character) His name is Clementine but I usually tend to call him Clemmy or Clem sometimes even Mr. Clementine. Here's a random sketch of a raging canine Again, one of my OC's. Her name is Seiko and she is a front legless timberwolf. She was born deformed and eventually abandoned by her pack because she couldn't keep up with the others Later she met a fox, and they became best friends. And finally here's a little drawing I made for my sister. She asked me to draw Silver fang for her. In my opinion he looks more like a husky than an akita.

I noticed nothing when I separated them but a soon as they're back together, it starts to smell again. I'm thankful that the smell stays inside the containers and doesn't leak out in the apartment...
I've not asked other people about the smell since I live alone. My very good friend(also my room mate) used to always complain about the musky smell of my snakes. Well, she doesn't live with me anymore for reasons. I've been very sick lately though but I doubt it would be because of that.

I just divided the snails in half. The halves are in different tanks now, and the smell isn't back just yet. I hope it will never be back either

Don't mix A. achatinas with fulicas. They need a warmer environment.

Hello everyone, I've got a little problem and would like an advice. I've recently noticed a really strong smell in one of my snail tanks. It doesn't smell like a carcass or anything, and every single one of the snails living there are alive. I've tried changing the soil and everything but the smell doesn't seem to be vanishing.
It smells a lot like chlorine and it is so strong, my stomach turns and I get a really bad head ache from it.
Has anyone else ever got this kind of problem?
