I have a tank with an adult retic, and fulica at the moment.
The temperature reads at around 26C in my room its pretty warm in here, Though the soil doesn't feel that warm to the touch for them the moss holds warmth better.
I spray them with warm water though and when i can i put them on my bed with the heat mat on cold days. Its the only way to heat that tank as the bottom is hard to get heat through.
I'll be moving soon and will get either a better suited plastic tank or a glass one ( would rather glass) Which means i can heat it better and conditions will be better.
How will a tiger snail be in with my two? I know the fulica and the tiger snail don't exactly like the same conditions but is there a happy medium?
I think they're beautiful and its a shame to miss the chance as i have no intention of ridding my fulica. Or is a marginata suturalis better?
Whats the difference between those and the ovums? Im not too clued up. They arent omnivorous are they?
Cheers

The ovums get bigger and the inside of shell is different colour from suts and I'd say a margie would be better in that heat. However it has been known for adult rectics to rasp the flesh of other snails. I don't know if its proven but have been told by an experienced keeper. Tigers like it hotter than 26. Try putting heatmat on side of tank rather than under and cover it do the heat goes into tank. Margies are lovely snails, my fave, I keep mine with tigers at 26-32. I keep my fulica a lot cooler Hope this helps

Although I've been told its ok to keep ovums and tigers together I'll be separating them soon and keeping the tigers hotter than the ovums
