I don't think that they are Retics, the shells look too smooth. It could just be the way they've been photographed though. They look more like jadatzis of the white body and plain shell variety (referred to as Achatina fulica var. jadatzi f. construct).
It is hard to be totally certain without actually looking at them for real.
What ever they are they're very pretty snails
