are Helix aspersa eggs usually quite soft and rubbery, because my aspersa laid a batch of about 60 eggs and they are not jelly like but kind of rubbery, is this normal?

I saw yesterday a batch of snail eggs ( some tiny snails already hatched ) on the leaf litter in Sintra. Congratulations for your aspersa eggs, Sarah. I think that you are doing a great work with all your snails. Greets

well the eggs hatched about a week ago, 109 to be precise, although a few have died as they do, all the rest are healthy and growing, so cute they look like zachrysia at the moment with black eye stalks, lol
