Two of my albino fulis dont bury their eggs, one just sits on the side of the tank and they land where they fall, the other drops single eggs at random. I knew that sooner or later I would miss one and sure enough, I have. Oh well, always room for one more lol.

I sometimes wonder if they do it intentionally. If they know someone else is gonna take care of them. Or are these the individuals who would have less luck in the wild, dropping eggs everywhere? Or is it perhaps an advantage to not hide all eggs in one place where someone could eat them?

I found an extra H. pomatia in my tank the other day, I was very thorough when I took out the only two clutches of eggs I'd had from them, so I'm thinking that this egg may have been laid alone. It was very cute to find a tiny baby getting a ride on an adults back to the top of the lid and then to the food!

Many of mine also seem to lay their eggs wherever. I swear that they just slime about, popping out eggs like malfunctioning gumball machines. Just last weekend, I had one lay eggs right in my hand!

Wow! I bet it was awesome to see one laying eggs on your hand! They must be very comfortable with you.

Lol, the other night I watched a slug just slug about the box, while eggs kept popping out of her! She would just shake her head a bit to push the egg off and continue her sliming about, and then the next egg would pop out... I had fun time collecting the eggs the next day into a single pile.
