all of my Gals have retracted and the gardens haven't moved for about a week, I had to go digging for the gals.
temps 22 to 24C humidity around 75%
the only new thing in there is some new moss.

I can't help you very much, but a warm green tea bath would help them come out. Also the moss might have mites, but a green tea bath will help that too.

one lot of moss was balt at an invert show the other from the garden all looked clean. I was wondering if they didn't the texture.
I forgot to say one gone completely missing I digged right through and couldn't find it. Annoyed my millipedes in the process
Just sprayed and one of the Gardens and Spot have woken up

Do you keep your garden snails and gals together?

yes they been together for for about a months and I had the gardens since they were tiny.
Spot seems ok now he in the hide, my 2 new Redatzi's have completely retracted.
Pinky has move since yesterday but not shore were to.
and one is still completely missing.
I am rather worried about them. I had normal Fulica many years ago and they didn't even have heat and they were fine.

It's not really ideal to keep garden snails and gals together as they need completely different temperature. Also there is a risk of the garden snails having a sickness and passing it on to the gals, which could have happened here.
I'm sorry about your snail.

I have had the gardens since they were tiny babies. There was no issue till I got the 2 new Fulica and its them with the biggest issues, so could be bad stock. The gardens will be going back outside once the weather warms up.
It was Stripe I had found, and Pinky that's gone completely missing.

It can take a while for sickness from garden snails to affect GALS and you haven't had them that long even if they were babies they can carry diseases that could be passed along.
The thing i am most concerned about is the mention of millipedes... are you keeping them in with the GALS? what type of millipedes are they? several won't mind having a nibble on a snail and they also release various chemicals which are irritants to snails. this is no doubt part of the problem.
Retraction without sealing themselves in would suggest more of an irritation so check for mites, keep them seperate from millipedes and make sure the substrate you are using is appropriate and does not contain fertilizers etc.
Do you have large ventilation holes anywhere that the other snail could have got out of. it's quite common for snails to eat other dead snails but the shell usually remains (can go clear however in young snails)

Thanks
Looks like my plan for a mixed viv has gone wrong. We all have to learn somehow.
One had sealed itself but that fallen off and it now looks dead. The other tiny has now moved. After 4 days for spraying every day.
The millipedes are Rainbows i rarely see them and they in habit only one part of the viv.
There are sun beetles as well but they never bother the snail.
Everyone buryed themselfs again apart from the garden.
Big rethink needed??

I've seen tanks where the keepers had large millipedes/centipedes (I don't really know the difference) as well as sun beetles in with snails and they all seem very healthy. No idea about the species and the techniques involved though.
I would always keep native and exotic species seperate, they need different conditions and can cross-contaminate one another with potentially harmful bacteria, diseases and parasites.

Milli are mostly veggies and centis eat meat and are mean and bite. Leg position ans numbee are different as well.
My sunnys and snails stay out of each others way suns are out day time snail evening and night. Very very rarely see the millis.

Probably milipedes then I think they scavanged detritus in the tanks as well as eating the snails food in the setups I've seen.
