Today, I had a day off school because the water wasn't working. Although, I was really upset to find Memphis (my oldest snail) really small and a darker colour than usual. He also had a swollen mouth. It got a whole lot worse! I put him in a separate tank to keep an eye on him. Then I watched him get gut extrusion... I watched it push through his swollen mouth. By then I knew he wasn't going to live the rest of the day. I didn't give up, we punctured the gut extrusion (as told to), I was crying so hard, I felt like I was trying to kill him. Then I put him back in the separate tank. And the bubble filled up again. By then, he was dead, I could smell the horrible odour, and he wouldn't move.
RIP Memohis you will never be forgotten. X

So sorry to hear about Memphis, You did the best you could to try and save him so don't blame yourself.

I'm very sorry to hear Memphis didn't make it.  As Zorst said you did your best, and you probably made his last day less painful by puncturing the craw, as the pressure was then released. |

Although there is good news, my mum said she will buy me an Archachatina Marginata Ovum (Adult) !! Yay!
