One of my Lignus has come down from her tree and is digging a hole. She has pushed all the moss aside and has rooted up some of the coir. Now she is sitting staring down into the small hole she dug. Could she be going to lay eggs? Has anyone else seen their Lignus do this?

my Lignus has done this before, they also laid they're eggs under the substrate, so it could be preparing to lay eggs.

We took a pic, she has pushed the moss into the food bowl. I am hoping it means eggs. I saw her mating about a month ago.

I reckon they are about to lay. Mine created a hole, then left it for 24 hours and then filled it with eggs. I think they spend a day making it, and a day filling it. Mine have just hatched.

Ahh, thanks Paul! She dug the hole, sat in it for ages, then went off to eat. Now i know there is a chance she will go back to the hole tomorrow.

Yep! Only I had given up that she had laid them and cleaned the tank, only to find them about 3 inches down!
