i dont want to seem dumb but i have 2 eucalyptus trees growing in my garden if i feed them the leaves from them is it the same as the eucalyptus mentioned on the petsnails wild food

im not sure, but if your not sure dont chance it, but if its the same type (i dont know if theres much difference between eucalyptus here and the stuff koalas eat) then it may be ok...snails usually know what they can and cant eat anyway.

They were selling eucalyptus seeds to feed stick insects with on ebay. If you want to try it this might be a good idea? I was think about this myself. mickysnail

i tried my snails on it and they never touched it , so it cant be any good for them because snails seem to know if its safe for them to eat

Snails can eat it, but probably they its do not eat it as it happened to you.
