My pet shop sells these lovely snails, they have yellow skin, brown shell with dark maroon and gold markings. Theyre beautiful, theyre about £4 pound each - they are about 4-6 inches each. and absolutely beautiful!
they keep them in a 2foot long 1 foot high 1 foot wide aquariam. a mesh lid ontop. with potting compost as substrate. they feed them cabbage, lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, dandelions and similar food. they have 2 large cuttle bones in the enclosure TO.
They said they live longer than 5 years, and need basic care. i was planning on getting one for my neice, and was wondering can anyone give me tips on keeping them!

Have you any idea what species they are? Could be an albino of one of the Giant African Land snail species. My Albino Reticulatas have light lemon-yellow bodies
