Hey guys! This is a long shot but here it is: I keep one lovely, perfect bachelor Cornu aspersum named Jimmy. He has been with me for a year and seems moderately happy. I know that aspersum are hermaphroditic and he could, if he so desired, lay eggs at any point, but I believe he is lonely. He is very large and continues to grow (he can stretch the length of my palm now and is about the size of a mini muffin when he scrunches up to sleep) and enjoys good health, which makes me believe he has a few good years left. I would like to find him a partner to live out their days and perhaps even have a second generation. Obviously it is illegal to transport this species of snaily friend across state lines, but it is perfectly legal (as far as I am aware) to trade snails when both parties are in the same state. So I am looking for another Indiana resident! If one is floating out in the forum <3 If anyone out there has a potential partner, please message me! I can trade snails from my large colony, a species I believe are bluetooth wedge snails. Pictures here: drive.google.com/open?id=0B_yA5ejzVtpMV0hyaVdFWVpYZHMIf actual snail trade is not of interest, I can also trade informational books, ect Thanks! (also, please tell me if this post is not allowed!)
