Hi, my new mystery snails have not been moving. I have two of them, one is floating, the integer is just not active. I got them a few days ago and they are not moving. They are not dead, and the floating one does not have air stuck in his shell. I have put lettuce in the tank and they will not eat either. When I take them out of the water to smell them(to see if they are dead) they close their trapdoor. They never stick their head out of their shell either the just kind of open it. Does anyone know what's wrong?
