Try giving them a warm bath, and baby keep them a bit more humid than usual. Cucumber might work, nearly all snails cant get enough of it. I know its mainly water, but hey, its a start.

I know exactly how you feel, on my first evening I was in a right old panic, they are fine, probably tired from playing games with you all day

Thank you, I'm just worrying They have been busy snails tonight, hitching rides off each other then stuffed again. They're probably just too full to get back in their shells ;D

if snails are not eating or burrowing they will often sit around idlly half out their shells. this is not really anything to worry about. as Arno said, snails like doing this, and if u were a snail, what else would u have to do! ? They dont have to worry about predators so they can just sit around like over feed blobs and im sure they like it. lol my snails do it all the time. i would be more worried if they were sealed in as this would suggest their conditions were not right. if a snail is in any kinda of climatically related discomfort it will seal itself in. its unlikely a dehydrated snail would sit around like that unless there was a sudden of servere change in conditions that prevented it from reverting to a state of hibernation. I have seen this in garden snails that have been caughtout on a hot path in the middle of the day (of course i rescued them) I doubt very much ur nice cosy little snail tank harbours such servere conditions.

Yes, once you begin to realise that with a little care they are not going to die on you, you can relax and really start to enjoy them.

i read in some place that iredalei are a bit rare, but how could they be when there is no way to destroy the eggs? that meens that all the snails that are born live until they get eaten or something.
