I didn’t think they would breed after a 6 months of being in the same enclosure. Two weeks ago i went on vacation and had a friend look after them. Now i’m back and found some baby snails, all hatched, behind their water bowl. I put them all in a smaller home with one of the snails. Not letting them together again i think :/ It’s too late to freeze them as they are already alive. Should I just give them away or something? Anyone in the same situation with a plan?

If it is a common breed that lives there, you can release them into the wild. But if they are an exotic breed, you best liik for people to take them from you. If they are small, they can also be used as 'food' for reptiles for example (though I couldn't do that myself).
