Okies...the guy who gave me my two awesome smithii was here today. He mentioned that the parents of these two are the size of [glow=red,2,300] SOFTBALLS[/glow]?!?!? So, now, does this mean that my kiddos are cross breds? Huge cross breds? He is bringing me some new hatchlings once they have hatched (guy has eggs, just waiting for them to hatch). I am concerned now - will I have monster snails here

I highly doubt it, he probably over reacted a bit, either that or meant that when they are stretched out, the only snail that can possibly grow that big is a tiger, lol, and what you have aren't tigers

He's probably just being like "most" males (I'll say most so I don't get bitched at ) and exaggerating to make them seem bigger. They do that a lot with other things lol

Lol, yeah I am thinking the guy who has them also has Fulica, thinking that they would get bigger or something. But anyways, I should be getting quite a few babies fairly soon Looking forward to that!

I don't think they are that big, I think they are about 1.5 times the size of a tennis ball.

Think the size of a small saucer - 8-9 inches around - then think in 3D
