I'm not sure but maybe your snail is about to lay eggs? Could be true.

I'm not sure but maybe your snail is about to lay eggs? Could be true. I don't think so. Snails lay eggs using their reproductive organs in their cheek, and also eggs are bigger than the things pictured above. In addition, eggs are white, not yellow. So I shall rule out eggs.

Yucky and strange. Is snail having trouble breathing? Lethargic? Their airhole does seem a good place for insects for lay eggs.

Their airhole does seem a good place for insects for lay eggs. his active eating like always sleeping and hanging chandelier style O.o i spoke to some people from Africa - was suggested its an infection.... told me to use neem oil - tried, snail is still doing the same. didnt inspect him for now.

strange, surely something has. how is he now? his the same. i have no idea what it is... his acting the same - eat , sleep, snail all over xD fed him carrots, used neem oil, quarantine him... the orange things still on his lungs... but his not dead and feels great =\

I think they're mites. The only way to get rid of them is by getting more mites than eat the mites >.<
Search for this to kill 'em; Hypoaspis miles.
