I just found out that I have some snails that are considered invasive in TX and I have a lot of Rumina decollata.... should I keep them with the native ones or separate them?? I noticed how they were using the larger garden snails as free piggy back rides and eating the food faster than them and overall being... well invasive lolol but I still care for them a lot! especially now because some of them laid eggs (not sure who) so hopefully they balance out a bit. My garden snails are my babies so I hope they turn out to be okay....

I've never kept them myself, but since rumina decollata are known to eat other snails I'd be wary of putting any others in with them.

I’ll try to figure something out... Rumina decollata are predatory and will happily eat snails & slugs much larger than them. Keeping them with other species of snail is a bad idea unless you want to use the other species as food.

Please don't release an invasive species of any animal. Get another tank and separate the snails, and you can keep all of them without problems.
Edit: I'm sorry, I misread, apparently you already did release them. Well I'll leave this here anyway for future reference.

Thank you for correcting me and I’ll use this is future reference!
