Hi I was wondering If anyone could help me because my snails are always stuck to the sides of their tank and tucked in their shells. Usually snail are roaming around but mine only come out of their shell for food. I’m pretty worried This is completely normal behaviour, snails spend most of their time sitting in a safe spot (usually off the ground) as this would help keep them safe from predators in the wild. They are mostly active at night.

Snails are nocturnal, and thus spend most of the day tucked in their shells and only roam around a night. Snails usually sleep off the ground (i.e walls or lid of the tank), so this behavior is completely normal.
