Is my snail retracting too far??

I have one snail that seems to retract further than the others, barely hanging onto the wall. I don’t believe they’ve fallen yet, but combined with the fact they seem somewhat hard to wake, I’m getting a little worried.

Update-

Problem was caused by a cracked shell, which has since fully chipped. I separated her and gave her lots of calcium and food. Lets hope she makes a good recovery.

ETA: Since I cant get a good picture of my own, I found a snail picture with a nearly identical chip. Attached is a little larger proportionately, but is overall the same.

Update:

Waffle (full name Empress Waffle of iHOP) has now been in baby jail (isolation and ICU) for 24hrs. Doing great. Pictures attached: her chip and crack, same but traced in red, and baby jail setup. Love her, thrilled she’s doing well. Have no idea how she cracked her shell in the first place but I assume probably during shipping.

Final Update:

Waffle has healed beautifully and grown. She’s now been put back with the others!
