Hiya I'm new to this site and have had a good look round [some really nice pics] my daughters snails shell has broken a little and now I'm panicking she seems fine though is there anything more i should do than just the cuttle fish thank you

I wouldn't worry too much if it's where her new growth is - with cuttlefish available she'll repair it herself very quickly You could always buy some liquid calcium and add a couple of drops to your spray bottle. I use it all the time for mine, not just when they have a break.

thanks for that im new to them and just though oh my god when i seen it ..i liked them that much i had bought the kids one each then went back a week later to get myself one lol ...one more thing though there all from the same batch of eggs and i think its strange coz mine is so much smaller than the other 2 is this normal?:.)

LOL, well it is very addictive this snail owning i started with 4 fulica just over a year ago, now I have over 30 snails og different species

lol if i can get around my fella i will have some more soon i think he just says not to get anymore coz of the egg thing but im working on it lol.....ca someone tell me how i post a pic and where to as i would like someone to help me find out what i have coz im getting a headache looking and getting all mixed up lol

Very addictive indeed. I started with one fulica, he soon got a friend or two, now I have over 30 (I think, but I'm crap at adding up!). As for snails who can go in with fulicas, I have an iredalei in with mine and she's settled in well. But most other types (including iredalei usually) prefer warmer and more humid conditions, so you might need a new tank Good excuse for one, I think
