Hi all, can anyone confirm or correct my suggestion / hypothesis about the following species? Terrestrial species from middle Tennessee (USA), shell width 21.9 mm (0.86 inch). Apical, basal (left) and frontal view (right side). The species name should start with "o", I guess . Thanks for any kind of help, Kind regards: wolf

![]() Hi, sorry, I just forgot to ![]() mention that Ventridens demissus belongs to the family Gastrodontidae. I'm going to finish my little gallery with Haplotrema concavum (SAY 1821) (= „Grey-foot Lancetooth“), width 16,9 mm (= 0.665 inch). USA, Tennessee. It's a carnivorous species, it feeds mainly on Polygyridae-snails. Copyright W. "wolf" Gibb, Gö, Germany. Several more species and pictures will be published in a small paper to be printed in autumn 2022 (at least I hope so, there's a lot of work to be done). Kind regards: wolf Sorry, I've got some problems with adding pics today. Don't know why.......... .
