hiya all! my gals keeps burrying its self under the woodchip why does it keep doing this?n some times i dont like disturbing it so i left it for a couple of days n it like had this slime wall from keeping it from coming out so i peeled it off! what is this? n is it all okay ?

Well first of all wood chips is not a good substrate for a snail, coir, moss, or capillary matting would be more to it's liking. Snails attempt to seal themselves in in because it is too dry/warm/cold. Is your tank heated? During the winter a temp of about 25C is good, also he needs to be kept quite damp so that the tank is humid.

hiya the tanks 20c n its that reptile wood chip!is soil ok? n i spray the tank with warm water 3 times a day!

Well you want to use something which doesn't contain any bugs, organic soil is ok or peat from the garden centre. 20C is actually a bit cold perhaps that is why the snail was sealing itself in, try attaching a heatmat to warm it up a bit. Val
